Having worked in the skin care industry for over 40 years I made the decision to become a Look Good Feel Better volunteer. I had set up my own company and was more flexible with my time and this gave me the opportunity to give back and share my knowledge with women who were experiencing a life changing event.

I feel honoured to be part of such a positive organization and am humbled by the significant contribution made by the volunteers in supporting women at a critical time in their lives.

Cancer treatments can impact on a women’s self-esteem but Look Good Feel Better workshops make a major contribution in giving women back their dignity by enhancing their beauty.

The workshops themselves have such a lovely energy where all of the attendees can forget about the negative effects of their journey and have some fun.

It is so rewarding for me to have this opportunity to brighten someone’s day and make a positive impact in somebody's life experience.
